SH-K01 PAPER CUP FORMING MACHINE

GENERAL INFORMATION This model is for making paper cups to have double Pe coated layer. Also, this machine can be available with single PE coated paper  material as well as the model, SH-K02.  Mostly, this kind of machine is well used for big volumed paper cup  such as for cold drinks, noodle, ice cream. Even though the  size of paper cup is small and as long as its's usage is for  ice cream, the its paper material must have double PE coated layer,  so, this kind of model to have ultrasonic side sealing station  and hot air bottom sealing station must be needed. If cold material is  contained in the paper cup to have single PE layer of which out side  layer doesn't have any of coated layer, but only has only  PE layer inside.   The mean of double PE is the paper material to be coated on  the both sides. This is prevent from being soft and leaked of water when cold  drinks is in the paper cup. If the paper cup doesn’t have PE layer  on out side surface of paper cup, within short time, the paper  cup included cold drinks must be soften and make it leaked.  So, in order to put cold drinks in the paper cup, it must have  Pe coated layer on both sides.  (out-side and in-side)   In order to seal out side of paper material, it is so necessary  to apply a tool not to have any heat source. If a certain of heater  is applied with the paper coated by PE, the out side surface must  be burnt and melt that makes the paper cup shaped in ugly.  Therefore, it is so necessary to apply the sealing tool not to  have any of heating source. So, this model is installed of  Ultrasonic sealing station for side sealing that protects out side  surface because of heat free.   Regarding bottom side of paper cup, if the paper material has  a layer coated by Pe on out side surface and apply with heat,  the bottom part of paper cup also must be burnt on whole  bottom side because the bottom sealing by heater apply hot  heat on whole area of bottom part of paper cup.  If the paper material has Pe layer inside and outside, operator  needs to protect outside PE layer. Therefore, the out side of  bottom part should be care against heat. Therefore, operator  should needs hot air system instead of heater to supply heating  source on the whole area. The hot air bottom sealing system is  to supply hot air only on inside in order to prevent from heat  invasion on out side surface. So, the out side surface coated by  Pe can be protected against heat. So, the machine needs supply  heating source only inside on the paper material. This model has  hot air bottom sealing system in stead of heater.  Also, the ultrasonic side sealing station and hot air bottom  sealing system can be used with single Pe coated paper  material for the paper cup for hot tea or espresso.  That is to say, The model is general type for double  and single PE coated paper material as universal type.
